This course is aimed at staff and managers who want to better understand the legal, theoretical and human resources issues around sexual harassment in the workplace.

This course is an ideal introduction to issues around sexual offending, aimed at a wide range of organisations. It will give attendees confidence that they understand what offending is, who they are, and how staff can respond safely and helpfully.

This *half day (4 hour) course is aimed at all those involved in supporting safeguarding in church settings, whether at diocesan, cathedral or parish level.  The particular focus is on understanding more about how perpetrators operate and how you can use knowledge to reduce risk in your church community.

We aim to provide a safe space for people with some involvement in church safeguarding to reflect together, within a structure provided by TDI, on their work and its various complications.

This course is intended for team managers and other first-line supervisors from a range of organisations and sectors. It is suitable for any manager in public-facing services, particularly those working with service users with complex needs.

The aim of this course is to provide workers with an awareness of the signs, links, indicators & patterns within abusive relationships that they may encounter when working with clients, assisting them with making connections between a number of issues which may appear disparate if viewed within silos but are actually linked through a person’s relationships and experience.

This course is for people working with service users with various types of cognitive impairment. It is intended to support staff working with those who are known sex offenders, or who display sexualised disinhibition.

This course is an adaptation of the 'Understanding sexual offending and sexual harm' Open Course, focussing on issues around offenders who sexually exploit children, and victims and potential victims of CSE. It is intended to support staff working directly with children who are known to be sexually exploited or at risk of becoming sexually exploited.
